Persyaratan itu diatur dalam Surat Edaran SE Kemenhub Nomor 21 Tahun 2022 tentang Petunjuk Pelaksanaan Perjalanan Orang Dalam Negeri dengan Transportasi Udara pada Masa Pandemi Covid-19.
